Consultancy projects

These range from short engagements advising boards and C-suites to longer term projects working alongside client decision-makers and teams and can include: 

•M&A analysis and support
•Corporate and business strategy
•Organisational strategy and transformation
•Market and customer analysis
•Business planning and assessment
•Marketing, sales and operations strategy and support

Consortium initiatives 

Typically, these are thought leadership initiatives focused on an industry-wide challenge. 

They often include a combination of different elements, e.g. market analysis, strategy development, editorial coverage and industry engagement. 

They are usually supported and funded by a number of organisations in a particular sector or market which come together to develop a cross-industry solution or approach. 

PXI takes on responsibility for developing and managing the initiative.

Longer-term partnerships

We can support a limited number of longer-term partnerships with selected partners. 

These involve a significant commitment on both sides and may last for one or more years. 

Due to their nature and duration that such partnerships require a strong cultural fit and understanding between the partner and PXI and the Advisors-in-Residence.
